Ordering info :

Simply leave a comment with your name, valid email address and
the item that you wish to purchase.
We will send you an invoice with the payment details as soon as possible.
Priority would be given to those who confirms their purchase in their comment.
Clarification of doubts shall not be regarded as confirmation.
So please clarify ALL doubts before confirming your purchase.
Strictly no trades & reservations.
Prices are fixed, so please do not haggle.
Items are all based on a first-come-first-served system.

Alternate way, you can send us an email ( jitz.runway@gmail.com ) for your enquiries and orders, once you send us the order/enquiry email, please check for our confirmation email within 24 hours.Please take note that items are reserved for only 24 hours, after which if we do not hear from you, items will be released out.

Refunding Policy:

Goods sold are non refundable.
If item is found to be faulty, we will do an exchange unless we do not have the particular design instock anymore.

By purchasing with us indicates that you have agreed to comply with all the above terms and conditions.

Exchange policy:

Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out.
Exchanges can be done for similiar item only.

In the case when the item is Out of Stock , we will do exchange with another item of similar price or above only.
Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing.
In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess.

Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and
we will mail the new item back via normal mail to you.
If an item is pending, it means we're awaiting payment.
But DO leave your contacts still, if you're interested, in case the first deal falls through ;)

If an item is sold, it means it's gone! We might bring them back due to overwhelming response though.
So do comment for your favourite items!

JitzRunway reserve the right to reject a transaction/item at our own discreetion.
